Job Duties: Seek government funding for R&D projects to execute the vision of the company, plan, coordinate, manage and execute R&D and assigned product development projects. R&D and product development projects are related to mobile video communications, image and video processing, and first responder technology. Full Time. Requirement: - Minimum of Master in Electrical Eng. or related field; and - In-depth knowledge of cooperative systems and optimization-based control, proficiency in machine/ statistical learning, familiarity with sensing systems and electronic systems development, and strong publication records.
